We want to wish our own Miss Valley, Rylee Johnson, the best as this is Portsmouth River Days Pageant Week. Rylee has worked very hard over the past several months for her platform - Mental Health Awareness. She has stayed involved with her school and community through this journey. We are proud of you, Rylee, and hope you bring the crown back to Valley!
