School Vaccine Clinic – Easy & Convenient for Families!
The Scioto County Health Department will be at Valley Middle School and Valley High School on May 5, 2026 to provide required vaccines for current 6th and 11th grade students for the 2026–2027 school year. Please see the

Students receive vaccines while at school
No missed school for outside appointments
Vaccine records submitted to the school nurse the same day
Helps prevent possible school exclusion due to missing vaccine records
Parents do NOT need to be present, but a completed and signed registration form and screening checklist are required.
Please return forms to Nurse Alexa by May 1, though forms will still be accepted the day of the clinic.
