Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year Opens May 1st on FinalForms
On May 1st, go to www.valleyls.org and select the Enrollment Tab to start the enrollment process.
Kindergarten Screenings will be given to all new enrollments.
Screenings will take place at the following times:
Monday, May 13th 3-7 pm
Tuesday, May 14th 10 am - 7 pm
Call 740-259-6642 to make an appointment.
Please bring the following documentation to your appointment:
1. Copy of Legal Birth Certificate (Issued by Health Department not the hospital copy)
2. Immunization Record
3. Social Security Card
4. Custody documents (If Applicable)
5. Legal Guardian’s Photo ID
6. Proof of Residence (Current utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
