Art 2 students partnered with the Scioto County Prosecutor's Office in kicking off their National Victims of Crime Awareness Week, which runs from April 8-14. Students from all of the Scioto County Schools created posters to promote advocacy for crime victims. Valley students were selected to tackle the topic of "child exploitation". The poster will be on display in the Scioto County courthouse for the duration of the week, then will rotate around the county in various locations. Mrs. Montgomery attended the ceremony at the Scioto County Courthouse on Monday morning and received a certificate of appreciation presented on behalf of Mark Kuhn, Scioto County Prosecutor.
